We want to support your career goals and the company’s goals. In addition to an annual performance review check-ins are scheduled quarterly, or as needed, by your manager in order to provide two-way feedback and track your progress against annual goals that have been set. This is an opportunity to check in on both ends and see how we are doing. One-to-one check-ins provide the communication required to prevent feedback from becoming a surprise. The rule of thumb is that feedback in the one-to-ones should not be surprising, if it is then more frequent check-ins are required.
