Representing Pacific West Mechanical

As a team that takes pride in its professionalism and expertise we want to reflect those same strengths through our conduct, attire, and communication with our customers and vendors.

As a guide, field technicians are required to be in the uniform provided and both field and office staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and putting our customer first at all times.

  • Example of acceptable field wear: clean uniforms without holes or frays, proper personal protective equipment and of course your Pacwest logoed swag like polo shirts, jackets or hats which the company supplies.

From our eye-catching fleet to our logoed hats and clothing, every opportunity we have to improve our image is important. Please wear your company gear with pride and let us know if there is a critical opportunity where we could improve our image.

We live in an online world and we understand that our image online is just as important as our physical one. We also need to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the customers we work for and the projects we work on. In some cases, our contracts strictly prohibit advertising or posting of project related material to social media or other public forms of media. For this reason, we ask that you do not post pictures, comments or videos of jobs or Pacwest business on social media platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other platform. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to our customers. However, we do encourage you to submit photos of jobs well done, a big job, or something funny to Rebecca to post on our LinkedIn or Facebook page – and don’t forget to follow us for updates and more!
