Response Times

As much as customer’s time is important to them, we treat it equally as important. We want them to count on us to provide concise and prompt communication, but same-day response at a maximum. Emergencies require less than 30 minute response times and non-emergency client response times are expected in less than 2 hours.

Even a quick note to let them know we are working on their request. We believe that responding to them in a timely fashion adds to a positive customer experience and helps them understand that we care about them.
