Pay frequency is bi-weekly (every two weeks) to your designated bank account by the Friday of a pay week. Refer to the Nethris app (PayrollbyNethris in the App Store) for pay stubs and further information.

Overtime

24/7 On-call plumbing and HVAC service is a cornerstone for our clients as they rely on us to solve emergency issues in their building. Compensation for overtime is detailed below.

• Standard Time Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (excluding holidays)
• Overtime 1.5x Monday to Friday 16:30 to 19:30 (excluding holidays)
• Overtime 2.0x Monday to Friday 19:30 to 08:00 and All Day for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
• ‘First Out’ Taking Calls $300 per week*
• Call-out 2.0 hour minimum.

Banking Overtime

• Only hours above 8 hrs are eligible for banking, on request through the OT Banking Request Form;
• Requests must be received before end of day on the Monday following the week of the requested OT hours;
• The bank will be automatically drawn from to top up hours to 80, if there is a shortfall in a pay period, unless otherwise requested through the OT Banking Request Form;
• The balance of the bank will be paid out on any wage change and Dec. 31

Bonus

We reward our people for their positive attitude, hard work, and their accomplishments. We do this through our bonus program. Our bonus program pays out twice a year, once in December and once in June and requires that you are employed with Pacific West Mechanical for the entire 6-month duration the bonus covers.
