In 2005 Pacific West Plumbing and Air Conditioning was founded by Nick Tabako who identified a niche market opportunity providing on-going plumbing service and maintenance to multi-family high rise condo buildings in the GVRD. As the company grew, Clare Gilbert joined the team in 2007 to support the expanding day-to-day operations.

As the company continued to grow and establish itself with property managers and condo owners an HVAC division was added allowing the newly branded company, Pacific West Mechanical, to offer both Plumbing and HVAC services to it’s growing customer base.

The continued growth opportunities put Pacific West Mechanical in an excellent position to partner with Gazelle Capital and in 2022 welcomed Brent Timmerman and Jody Law on board as Co-CEO’s. Brent and Jody run the day-to-day operations and facilitate the continued growth of Pacific West Mechanical with the support of Nick Tabako and the Board of Directors.
